D&A staff approach urban forestry projects with a unique blend of arboricultural knowledge and environmental planning experience. Our background includes ground-breaking urban forest studies from regional urban canopy strategies to assessments of individual trees.

 

Our comprehensive skills and reputation enable development approval, and we provide guidance on clients’ urban forest current and future planning needs. Our ISA Certified Arborists include Tree Risk Assessment, Butternut Health Assessment and TRAQ specialists. Our Landscape Architects specify trees and planting approaches for innovative development designs, and supervise their implementation. Our GIS Analysts use ESRI ArcViewTM for large-scale geospatial analyses such as municipal tree canopy assessments. Research & development ensures that our methods are cutting-edge and defensible.
