Todd is a Full Member, with seal, of the OALA and CSLA and has a background in landscape architecture and ecological restoration.  Todd's specialties include project management, detail design development, and the agency approval process.  Through the full range of landscape architectural services Todd works to integrate innovative approaches to environmental issues, particularly in urbanizing settings.  Todd is Dougan & Associates' lead manager for business development.
